Volleyball Recap: Tonopah Valley Triumphs + How To Watch

Tonopah Valley lost to Chino Valley back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Phoenix walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Phoenix.

Tonopah Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-21, 25-17, 25-22.

Tonopah Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Chino Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-14.

Tonopah Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Kingman on the 14th. As for Chino Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Highland Prep on the 14th.
