Soccer Recap: Bluefield Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in August, Bluefield was forced to settle for a draw on Friday. Neither they nor the Sherman Tide could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Bluefield's goal came courtesy of Devin Totten, who's now up to 11 this season.

With that draw, Bluefield's record moves to 5-8-2. As for Sherman, they moved theirs to 12-1-4.

Bluefield wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-3 draw against Midland Trail on the 16th. As for Sherman, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Man on the 11th.
