Volleyball Game Preview: Kewanee Boilermakers vs. Erie-Prophetstown Panthers

The Kewanee Boilermakers will venture away from home to challenge the Erie-Prophetstown Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kewanee's tournament run continued when they took on Roanoke-Benson on Saturday. The Boilermakers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockets. The Boilermakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Erie-Prophetstown had already won ten in a row and they went ahead and made it 11 on Monday. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Erie-Prophetstown was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15.

Erie-Prophetstown's win bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Kewanee, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1.
