Football Recap: Wallington Takes a Loss

The Wallington Panthers came up short against the Hawthorne Bears on Thursday and fell 25-12.

Wallington's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Hawthorne, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Wallington and Hawthorne will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Panthers are set to face off against their familiar foe Bogota at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th. Meanwhile, Hawthorne will take on rival Butler at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th.
