Baseball Recap: Desert Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Desert Christian Academy managed to slip by San Jacinto Valley Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Conquerors came up short against the Wolves on Wednesday, falling 15-5. The Conquerors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Desert Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jesse Snellenberger, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Another was Jacob Reynolds, who scored two runs.

Desert Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7.

Coincidentally, Desert Christian Academy and San Jacinto Valley Academy will both be playing Temecula Prep the next time they take the field. The Conquerors will head out to face the Patriots at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wolves will head out to face them at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
