Baseball Recap: Two Rivers Takes a Loss

Two Rivers fell victim to Xavier and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 10-0. The Purple Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Two Rivers' loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Xavier, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-12 record this season.

Two Rivers does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Xavier, they will square off against Campbellsport on Tuesday. The Cougars' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
