Soccer Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley was the 7-0 winner over Eufaula when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Valley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Eufaula, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-14.

Coming up, Valley will challenge Russell County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eufaula, they will take on Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Carroll will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Eufaula surely won't give up without a fight.
