Pocatello entered their tilt with Idaho Falls on Friday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Tigers 18-1. That looming 18-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Thunder yet this season.

Pocatello pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Idaho Falls, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
