Kewaskum's season-opener on Tuesday wasn't quite what the team was looking for considering the end result. Neither they nor the Slinger Owls could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Caitlin Finger was the only thing that stood between Kewaskum and a shutout considering she scored both of Kewaskum's goals.

Slinger's draw makes their record 0-1-1 this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kewaskum will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Kiel at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Slinger, they will welcome Pulaski at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
