After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bishop Brossart, Dixie Heights was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Villa Madonna Vikings by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Colonels as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Dixie Heights' victory bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Villa Madonna, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-10.

Coming up, Villa Madonna will face off against Holmes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dixie Heights will be paying especially close attention to the Vikings' contest: after the Vikings face off against the Bulldogs, they'll take on Dixie Heights again at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
