Volleyball Recap: Payette Comes Up Short

Payette lost against Homedale back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates lost 3-0 to the Trojans.

While Payette was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-21.

Payette's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Homedale, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Payette will challenge rival Emmett at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Homedale is set to take on their familiar foe Cole Valley Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
