Volleyball Recap: Westover Comes Up Short

Westover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Pauls Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolverines of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2021.

Westover's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Pauls, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Westover is set to square off against their familiar foe Seventy-First at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, St. Pauls will take on rival South View at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
