Football Game Preview: Ardmore Tigers vs. West Point Warriors

The Ardmore Tigers will head out to face off against the West Point Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Ardmore's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.

Ardmore will bounce into Friday's game after beating East Limestone, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Tigers strolled past the Indians with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 35-16.

Meanwhile, West Point took a blow against Russellville on Friday, falling 42-14. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Golden Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Ardmore's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for West Point, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Ardmore strolled past West Point when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 27-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
