Battle Creek's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Wayne County Wildcats get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. Considering Battle Creek have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Wayne County from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. William Shetler led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Battle Creek now has a winning record of 7-6-1. As for Wayne County, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Battle Creek will welcome Culleoka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Battle Creek will be up against Culleoka's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.15 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wayne County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hickman County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
