Baseball Recap: West Comes Up Short

West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 16-1 to the Lansing Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Tuesday.

West's loss dropped their record down to 2-10-3. As for Lansing, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-8.

Looking ahead, West will venture away from home to square off against Highland Park on Friday. As for Lansing, they will take on Ottawa on Friday.
