After a string of four wins, North Bullitt's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Holy Cross Cougars. Considering the last time the Eagles couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

North Bullitt's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Holy Cross, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

Coming up, North Bullitt will venture away from home to square off against Pleasure Ridge Park at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Holy Cross, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against DuPont Manual at 6:30 p.m. on May 7.
