Volleyball Recap: Glynn Academy Gets the Win

Glynn Academy won the last time they faced Greenbrier and things went their way on Saturday too. The Terrors came out on top against the Wolfpack by a score of 2-0.

Glynn Academy easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20.

Their offense was headlined by Natalie Koncul and Jocelyn Jackson, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Laura Beth (Elby) Baldridge and her 13 assists. Jackson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Glynn Academy's win bumped their record up to 27-14. As for Greenbrier, they dropped their record down to 21-17 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Glynn Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lakeside on the 11th. Greenbrier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
