Football Recap: Taft Wildcats vs. Delano Tigers
Taft was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 48-13 loss at the hands of the Delano Tigers. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-6.
Although Taft took the loss, they still got scores from Christian Miranda and Chris Blaswich.
Taft's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Delano, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
Taft does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Delano, they will host Fowler at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fowler will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Delano surely won't give up without a fight.
