It's playoff time, and South Bend Riley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Mishawaka Cavemen with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 52-38. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Emma Norton was a one-woman wrecking crew for South Bend Riley as she posted 20 points and six steals. Those 20 points gave Norton a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tory Harmon, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds.

South Bend Riley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in 11 consecutive contests.

Despite the loss, Mishawaka saw an underclassman step up: freshman Grace Betzer went 6 of 14 en route to 17 points and seven boards. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for Betzer.

South Bend Riley's record now sits at 15-9. As for Mishawaka, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

South Bend Riley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-44 win against La Porte on the 7th. Mishawaka does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
