Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Jared Burgueno stepped things up a notch to give San Luis the 'W'. Burgueno produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because San Luis is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Burgueno and San Luis will square off against Perry at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Perry will enter the matchup having just beaten Gilbert, so San Luis will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
