Basketball Recap: Bainbridge Comes Up Short + How To Watch

The Bearcats took a hard 59-40 fall against the Seminole County Indians on Saturday. The game marked the Bearcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Seminole County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Demarion Moore led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 16 points and nine boards. Moore has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Zach King, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 23 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Bainbridge's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Seminole County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bainbridge will square off against Colquitt County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seminole County, they will challenge Calhoun County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 62.6 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
