Volleyball Recap: Twelve Bridges Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Twelve Bridges was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Roseville Tigers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raging Rhinos of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Twelve Bridges was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Twelve Bridges still got an impressive performance from Danie Garcia, who had ten digs and two assists. Garcia has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played. Alana Burridge also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Twelve Bridges' defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Roseville, they pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Twelve Bridges wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Rio Americano on the 27th. As for Roseville, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Yuba City at 6:30 p.m.
