Soccer Recap: Phoenix Military Comes Up Short

Phoenix Military lost against Lincoln Park back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Firebirds lost 9-0 to the Lions. That's two games in a row now that Phoenix Military have lost by exactly nine goals.

Phoenix Military dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Lincoln Park, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Phoenix Military will head out to challenge Mansueto at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln Park, they will venture away from home to face off against Maine West at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Lincoln Park are facing Maine West at the right time seeing as Maine West are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
