It was a proper cat-fight when Wilsonville took on Canby on Friday. The Wildcats took their contest with ease, bagging a 50-7 victory over the Cougars. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won five in a row.

Trevor Glos was his usual excellent self, throwing for 344 yards and five TDs, while also rushing for 51 yards.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Wilsonville's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Brayden Martinez, Luke Crowley, and Ben Wiepert, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Wilsonville's record now sits at 5-1. As for Canby, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record.
