After a string of five wins, Eagleville's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took an 8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spring Hill Raiders. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 13-3.
Marshall Spann and Brady Burns did some serious damage despite the final result: Spann went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI, while Burns went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.
