Honeoye Falls-Lima's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Brockport Blue Devils 3-2. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Honeoye Falls-Lima was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (110-107), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-20, 26-24, 19-25, 18-16.

Their offense was headlined by Isabella Hendler and Audrey Samson, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Zoey Schrader and her 19 assists. Olivia Gates controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The win got Honeoye Falls-Lima back to even at 8-8. As for Brockport, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, Honeoye Falls-Lima will head out on the road to challenge Sutherland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brockport, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Greece Olympia at 6:30 p.m.
