Baseball Recap: Naperville North Has No Trouble Against Metea Valley

Naperville North won the last time they faced Metea Valley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Huskies were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Mustangs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

The team relied heavily on Zach Bava, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Matt Cantrell also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Naperville North's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Metea Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.
