Volleyball Recap: Warren Warriors vs. Taft Raiders

Warren's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Taft Raiders. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Raiders, too.

Warren walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 21-25, 25-14, 26-24.

Leah Erb paced Warren's offense, picking up 29 kills. Erb got some help from Gabby Davila and her 19 assists. Finally, Kenya West kept Warren's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Despite the loss, Taft still got an impressive performance from Addison Duarte, who had 20 assists and ten digs. Duarte is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last four games she's played.
