Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Asheville Christian Academy). They put the hurt on the Carolina Day Wildcats with a sharp 6-1 win on Thursday. With Asheville Christian Academy ahead 3-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

They hit Carolina Day with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Abby Laws (2), Belle Bivins (2), Sara Larios, and Gabbie Lewis.

The victory got Asheville Christian Academy back to even at 4-4-1. As for Carolina Day, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.
