Viewpoint and Brentwood School are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Patriots will take on the Eagles at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Viewpoint is coming into the game hot, having won their last 11 games.

Viewpoint gave up the first runs on Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. Everything went their way against Archer School for Girls as they made off with a 17-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Emjay Peck made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over six innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Carly Nelson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Skylar Meehan, who went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Brentwood School lost 14-5 to Lennox Academy on Friday.

Viewpoint pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.6 runs over those games. As for Brentwood School, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Everything went Viewpoint's way against Brentwood School in their previous meeting on April 10th, as Viewpoint made off with a 12-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
