Football Game Preview: Autauga Academy Generals vs. Beulah Bobcats

The Autauga Academy Generals will head out to challenge the Beulah Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Autauga Academy will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

While Autauga Academy's win against Notasulga wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the Generals made off with a 19-18 victory over the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 40 points the game before, Beulah was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against Randolph County, falling 47-0. Considering the last time the Bobcats couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Autauga Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Beulah, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Autauga Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Beulah in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 20-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Generals since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
