Basketball Recap: Pasco Comes Up Short

Pasco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 83-40 loss at the hands of the Chiawana Riverhawks. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 84-37 back in January.

Pasco's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Chiawana, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pasco will head out to challenge Walla Walla at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chiawana has already played their next matchup (against Hanford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
