Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Taylor Prep). They blew past Trillium Academy 22-2 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Taylor Prep and bumps their season record up to 14-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Trillium Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Coincidentally, Taylor Prep and Trillium Academy will both be playing Edison Academy the next time they take the field. The Tigers will host the Pioneers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Trillium Academy will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
