Gracie Hibler put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Tuesday. She struck out seven batters over 4.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Hibler's effort led North Eugene over Springfield and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Millers are limping into the matchup having lost 12 straight on the road dating back to last season.
