Holbrook won the last time they faced Alchesay, and Channing Harrington did her part to make sure it happened again. The Holbrook Roadrunners managed a 42-36 win over the Alchesay Falcons on Tuesday thanks in part to Harrington, who went 7 for 10 en route to 18 points and four steals. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in shooting accuracy (70%).

Another player making a difference was Alayna Yazzie, who posted five points in addition to five assists and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played.

Despite the loss, Alchesay saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kylie Mansfield made all 5 shots she took racking up 12 points. Kamare Classay also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steals of the season.

The victory got Holbrook back to even at 13-13. As for Alchesay, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-17 record this season.

Holbrook didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-41 defeat against Show Low on the 5th. As for Alchesay, they have also already played their next contest, a 58-38 win against Winslow on the 5th.
