Volleyball Game Preview: Chowchilla Tribe vs. Mammoth Huskies + How To Watch

The Chowchilla Tribe will venture away from home to face off against the Mammoth Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chowchilla is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top against Hanford West by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tribe.

The victory didn't come easy: Hanford West scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 17-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Mammoth made easy work of Sanger West on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Mammoth never let Sanger West on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-22.

Chowchilla better keep an eye on Aspen Wight. She was instrumental in Mammoth's win, getting 11 digs and three aces. Wight is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Mammoth's victory bumped their record up to 32-4-1. As for Chowchilla, their win bumped their record up to 23-10.
