If Woodside wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Sequoia, they should've done a better job of containing Joslin Fiel. The Ravens blew past the Wildcats 3-0 on Thursday with plenty of help from Fiel, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Sequoia was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-14.

Sequoia is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Woodside, their defeat was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-13.

Sequoia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Menlo School on the 11th. As for Woodside, they will head out to challenge Burlingame at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
