Flatirons Academy entered their tilt with SkyView Academy on Thursday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They breezed past the SkyView Academy Hawks to the tune of 61-20. With the Bison ahead 34-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Annabelle Rakers was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 21 points and ten assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in February of 2024. Sophie Rabus was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Flatirons Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as SkyView Academy only posted five assists.

SkyView Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Reagan Martin and Anna Haley. Martin had eight points and seven boards, while Haley scored two points. That was a full 40% of SkyView Academy's points, marking the fourth time in a row Martin has put up more than a third of the team's points.

Flatirons Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for SkyView Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.

Flatirons Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 61-20 win against Dawson School on the 18th. As for SkyView Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-38 defeat against Liberty Common on the 15th.
