Soccer Recap: Hondo Comes Up Short

Hondo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Floresville Tigers/Jaguars, falling 6-1. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no goals scored by either team from that point forward.

Hondo's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Floresville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5.

Hondo has already played their next matchup, a 6-0 defeat against Uvalde on the 7th. As for Floresville, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Poteet on the 7th.
