Sandhills Valley's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kyle Kramer, who almost dropped a triple-double on nine points, 14 rebounds, and 15 blocks. Cooper Layher was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Sandhills Valley and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Medicine Valley, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.
