Football Recap: North River Christian Takes a Loss

North River Christian fell victim to Macon-East Montgomery Academy and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Knights and fell 82-0. The Chargers lost against the Knights in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 60-0 score last time.

North River Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Macon-East Montgomery Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North River Christian will take on Heritage Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Macon-East Montgomery Academy, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Southern Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
