Softball Recap: Sumter Comes Up Short

Sumter's tournament run continued when they took on Wilson Hall on Saturday. The Gamecocks fell just short of the Barons by a score of 2-1. The Gamecocks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sumter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Wilson Hall, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Sumter has already played their next game, a 5-0 loss against Lewisville on the 7th. As for Wilson Hall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-0 defeat against Indian Land on the 7th.
