Basketball Recap: Griffin Academy Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Griffin Academy can bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-36 win over the Impact Academy of Arts & Technology Spartans. This was payback for the Griffins, who suffered a 47-35 loss the last time these two teams met.

This is the second loss in a row for Impact Academy of Arts & Technology and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Madison Park Academy the next time they take the court. Impact Academy of Arts & Technology will head out to face Madison Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th, while Griffin Academy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
