Flag Football Game Preview: Immaculate Conception Spartans vs. Marshall Phoenix

The Immaculate Conception Spartans will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Marshall Phoenix at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Immaculate Conception's offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Lowell on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Cardinals, falling 34-0. The loss put an end to the Spartans' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, Marshall had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of Galileo by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.

Having lost for the first time this season, Immaculate Conception fell to 2-1. As for Marshall, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
