Volleyball Recap: Argo Comes Up Short

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Argo and Richards have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Argonauts fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. The defeat continues a trend for the Argonauts in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost nine in a row.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13.

Argo's record is now 13-10. As for Richards, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-14 record this season.

Argo will take on Lisle in a tournament on Friday. As for Richards, they will challenge Homewood-Flossmoor at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
