Basketball Recap: Plymouth Finds Home Court Redemption Against Black River

There's no place like home for Plymouth, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They managed a 55-49 victory over the Black River Pirates on Saturday. For the Big Red, this counts as revenge for the 68-40 win the Pirates walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Plymouth's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Black River, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Plymouth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 73-53 win against New London on the 27th. Black River has also already played their next game, a 60-55 victory against Northwestern on the 28th.
