Morris won the last time they faced Wilmington and things went their way on Saturday too. Everything went the Morris Redskins' way against the Wilmington Wildcats as the Morris Redskins made off with a 45-21 victory. The Redskins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 23 points or more this season.

Wilmington's loss came despite strong showings from Nina Egizio and Sami Liaromatis. Egizio posted six points, while Liaromatis scored eight points and seven boards. The dominant performance also gave Egizio a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (50%).

Morris has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 23-5 record this season. As for Wilmington, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 19-8 record this season.

Morris and Wilmington should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. Morris (ranked 75th) will meet Sycamore (ranked 329th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Wilmington will challenge Streator at 7:00 p.m. on Monday up 327 places (315 vs. 642).
