Softball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Flat Rock hit Jefferson with a 13-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bears lost 19-4 to the Rams. The Bears have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Lindsey Gennoe made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Flat Rock, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-16.
