Harrisonburg had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Blue Streaks who were credited with the victory. The Harrisonburg Blue Streaks got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Riverbend Bears's one. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Harrisonburg also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Harrisonburg's record is now 10-6-1. As for Riverbend, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8-1.

As of now, neither Harrisonburg nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
