Glendale had won three straight at home, but on Tuesday they bumped their record up to 6-6 to make it four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ozark Tigers, sneaking past 4-3. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won eight in a row.

As for Ozark, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-7 record this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Ozark's part, Cooper Pumphrey was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off only two hits. That's the fewest hits Pumphrey has allowed since April 1st.

At the plate, Marcus Heavin was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
